Well...I was going to try to particpate in NaBloPoMo again, but I missed Day 2. It's all over after that. I figure January wasn't the month to do it what with the holidays just ending and me spending a large block of time away from my cozy little apartment and small rustic desk.
I'm back now, but with just a tidbit.
I'm giving you permission to spend some bucks on these:
These sausages are the first products I've sampled from Field Roast Grain Meat Co., but they surely won't be the last. I'm going to buy up the other two varieties I saw at the store: Mexican Chipotle and Italian. And I'm also going to seek out some of the Thin Sliced Field Roast and hope that it becomes the first vegetarian sandwich "meat" I can tolerate, perhaps even enjoy!
Real ingredients=real food. Will relieve your wallet of a little weight, but so worth it. Great texture, true flavors, and no ingredients you can't pronounce or recognize. Grill and make a sandwich; crumble and toss with pasta, greens, and olive oil; eat alongside scrambled eggs -- be creative! Leave a comment and let me know how you dined on these...
